UDR Funding

Utah Dispute Resolution (UDR) has been recognized as a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by the IRS since 1997 (IRS_Determination_Letter). As a nonprofit organization, UDR relies on the generosity of private foundations, organizations, and individuals to help fund the cost of operation. A growing source of revenue is raised through UDR's training efforts. Additional funds come from public entities such as schools in payment for training and services. These funding sources allow the organization to provide free or reduced fee services for low-income parties who could not afford to hire a private mediator.

This graph shows UDR's funding sources for the 2013-2014 Fiscal Year.
