Utah Dispute Resolution is governed by a Board of Trustees that sets policies for the organization in keeping with the mission statement and establishes a vision for the organization's growth and direction. The board also functions to establish legal and fiscal controls, raise funds, guarantee sound management, and advocate for the organization.
